  • First Web App is now released.

    • Image generation can be done from an Apple or Android app rather than through Discord.

    • This initial release is focused on the Niji style and primarily designed for the Japanese market.

  • According to David Holz at MidJourney, we can expect two major upgrades next week:

    • A native upscaler increase to 4000 × 4000 pixels.

    • The ability for user to create their own style which can be applied to new generations providing much more personalization than today.

Prompt Ideas

This week’s prompt idea is to use the style ‘Risoprint Reimagined’. Risoprint Reimagined is an evolution of Risograph printing, taking cues from a traditional printing technique and infusing it with modern aesthetics and digital capabilities. Risograph printing, often abbreviated as Riso, emerged from Japan and has garnered attention for its unique and flexible medium for artistic expression, known for its distinct aesthetic​. The style is reminiscent of vintage screen printing but is being reimagined with a digital twist in 2023, suggesting a blend of traditional printing techniques with digital design advancements​.
